This license agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of the date of the Licensee's installation or use of the NGB Email Builder, by and between the Licensee and NGB Email Builder, a product of Wlocalhost and its affiliates (collectively, "Licensor").

License Grant. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor grants to Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the NGB Email Builder, including any updates or upgrades provided by Licensor, solely for Licensee's own internal business purposes.
License Key. Licensee may try NGB Email Builder for free from the node package repository at https://www.npmjs.com/org/wlocalhost but must obtain a license key from the Licensor to use it in a commercial setting. Licensee may obtain a license key from the Licensor by visiting https://wlocalhost.gumroad.com. The license key is unique to the Licensee and may not be transferred or assigned.
Usage Restrictions. NGB Email Builder may only be used on one domain or on subdomains of that domain if they are part of the same project. If the end product is sold as a separate project, it must have an additional license key. Each additional project must have a new license key. Licensee may not distribute, sublicense, or transfer the NGB Email Builder or any rights to use it to any third party without the prior written consent of the Licensor.
Intellectual Property. The Licensor retains all intellectual property rights in NGB Email Builder, including any modifications or enhancements made by the Licensee. The Licensee agrees not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble NGB Email Builder or any of its components. Licensee may not remove or alter any copyright or other proprietary notices contained in the NGB Email Builder.
Technical Support. and Maintenance The Licensor provides technical support for NGB Email Builder via Discord server https://discord.gg/uPjk6TX4. The Licensee may use this support as needed to address technical issues related to the use of NGB Email Builder. The Licensor is not obligated to provide any additional support or updates beyond what is provided under this Agreement.
Indemnification. The Licensee agrees to indemnify and hold the Licensor harmless from any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Licensee's use of NGB Email Builder, including any claims of infringement of third-party intellectual property rights.
Liability Limitations. The Licensor shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the Licensee's use of NGB Email Builder, including any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The Licensor's liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the Licensee for the license key. This limitation of liability shall apply even if the Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination. This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the Licensee's license keys will be disabled and NGB Email Builder will no longer function. Licensee must immediately cease all use of NGB Email Builder upon termination.
Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Moldova, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles. Any legal action arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be filed in the courts of the Republic of Moldova, and the parties hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understanding.
